`@noy-db/by-*` — Session-share transports
The session-share transports: by-peer (WebRTC, same network) and by-tabs (BroadcastChannel, same browser) move an unlocked session between contexts.
Move an unlocked session between contexts. A
by-*package carries noy-db's encrypted envelopes live between two running instances — tabs in the same browser, peers across a network — so they can see each other's changes. The transport itself never sees plaintext, only AES-256-GCM ciphertext.
