Migrations is a reserved service name for schema evolution — migrating
collections between hub versions, renaming collections, and renaming
fields with a backfill. It does not exist yet: there is no factory and no
@noy-db/hub/migrations subpath export. Today, schema changes are
additive-only in practice — see schema for what the core
schema layer does and does not cover.
