Validation is a reserved service name for richer runtime validators —
Zod-style or JSON-Schema checks beyond what the core schema layer
enforces. It does not exist yet: there is no factory and no
@noy-db/hub/validation subpath export. Schema and reference integrity
are core today (see schema); deeper validation would
split out into this slot if it lands.
